Really think you should offer samples of your lipsticks and code all your products with a C for cool based or W for warm based and N for neutral. Really would be great if offered sharpeners for your lip pencils and at the very least, what size sharpener needed.

I ordered 2 colors about a year ago and wasn't happy with them. They just didn't work with my skin tone and they were too shimmery for me. I am 65 and I am trying to steer away from lots of shimmer on my eyes. I reached out to Customer Service and asked if they had any matte shadows. They responded rather quickly, telling me about Destiny and Dazzle. I ordered them both and am obsessed! I can create a smokey eye effect, but still keeping a neutral look. The size of the shadows is more substantial than most other brands which helped me justify the cost. I would submit pictures, but my dadgum Android won't permit me to forward to my email, or save them. ( can I leave a scathing review on an Android here? LOLOLOL) I am very happy with my purchase. There is a shade of lipstick that I received last year, but unfortunately, it broke off in the tube the 2nd time I used it. I may need to repurchase that, eventually. Great products! EXCELLENT Customer Service!
