I sent an email that I have many allergies and the lipstick didn’t feel right in me No one replied back. Not the best customer service to not answer and then send an email asking for my thoughts. I asked to return and get my money back although I know on website it says no returns so I’m basically an unsatisfied customer and would not recommend due to lack of response
