Find Inner-Peace by Meditating
Meditation is a simple practice available to all, which can reduce stress, increase calmness and clarity and promote happiness. Setting time aside for yourself to just breath can be difficult, especially if your family is all stuck in the house together but even just a few minutes can make a big difference. If you're new to meditating, just find a quiet spot, we love sitting outdoors if it's available to you. Find a comfortable seat, place your hands on your knees, or if you are a fidgeter, maybe gently fold them in your lap. Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Meditation isn't about clearing your thoughts, it's about being present. Your mind may roam and that's ok. Just try to bring it back to the present moment and your breath. 
Boost Your Endorphins by Working Out
Exercise is by far one of the best ways to relieve stress and reduce anxiety. When you do a workout, the movement releases endorphins, the hormones that help alleviate stress and boost happiness. Any movement you do, whether a walk, yoga, dancing, cycling will help relieve tension and take your mind off of  your problems to help clear your head.  Scrub the Stress Away!

Set the mood with a few yummy candles or set a few crystals around for a little energy healing.
